MUTO managed the full production process from start to finish, alongside our friends at Certor Sports. This included concept development, storyboarding, pre-production planning, location scouting, filming, and post-production. We handled all aspects of cinematography, directing, editing, color grading, and sound design to deliver a final documentary which was leveraged for national TV coverage on ESPN’s College GameDay along with CBS Sports. Our team coordinated interviews, captured in-game and behind-the-scenes footage, and crafted a narrative that authentically represents Dillon Gabriel’s journey.
From the tight-knit community of Mililani to the biggest stage in college football, Dillon has never lost sight of his Hawaiian roots. It’s more than just a connection—it’s who he is, shaping how he leads, how he plays, and how he represents something bigger than himself.
MUTO had the privilege of telling Dillon’s story in a way that felt as real and personal as the journey itself. From concept to final cut, we crafted a documentary that doesn’t just follow his rise but captures the heart behind it. It’s a story of resilience, culture, and the unshakable pride of carrying home with you—wherever you go.
